    I don't base my support of Hull City on who the owner is and we're still called Hull City anyway, as the application failed.

    He tried to market us under another name and failed. In the process, what should be the best years of the club have been taintend by ill feeling.

    The reason nobody has bothered to comment on this thread is probably because they know what will happen, the usual abuse and several poster queuing up to have a pop, there's no such thing as a sensible debate on this forum.

    All in all, there is some logic behind his claims. Anyone who denies this doesn't know a thing about marketing.
    But the problem is he has no plan whatsoever and projecting a theory that works perhaps in local businesses onto a football club and treating a football club as any other business is a huge flaw in his plan. There's clearly different motives behind this idea. I'd be equally surprised if this was all out of spite for the council. The persistence is very odd frankly. Almost feels as the behaviour of someone who will massively gain from this on a personal level and is trying every mean he has to achieve it. He's obviously not telling us everything.A sensible business man would not do something this drastic without a proven track record. This would be a complete punt in the unknown.

    my stance is that; I want to wait and see.
