    Kieran Trippier of Burnley supposedly a target. Former Citeh trainee and fans player of the year. Right back.

    Also I saw a report about Smithy going onto the coaching side of things at the academy is a possiblity. Although he had to be discarded as he wasn't up to the level when we went up, I'll always repsect him, Nolan, Barton, Colo, Harps, Hughton for getting the club pulled together when we needed it most. It would be just reward if we could help him along in his career. I like the lad (although you never really know them!), he has always seemed grounded with no airs or graces, always giving his best.

    i heard a rumour over the weekend that cisse had his plane ticket bought for him by the scum down the road.
    not sure if that's concrete, but still made me chuckle a bit :wink:

    Oh dear, think Newcastle could be the best place for him as he would get more first team football than at Man Utd, a middle 3 of Tiote, Cabaye and Sigurdsson with Gutierrez as cover would be decent.
