    Chelsea would be better off signing Al-Habsi from Wigan if they go down, or even if they don't. He's proper awesome, and would cost so much less

    Just a thought, Chelsea won't sign Krul, they've got Thibaut Coutois who they signed for 8mill or something in the summer, now on loan at Atletico. They don't need a young Cech replacement, they've already got one.

    We have no place for Sturridge. He is only really useful through the middle as the main man. I think he'd have the same problem he has at Chelsea, he'd be 3rd choice. Sounds crazy but our two front men are that good.

    Does it not come under the youth player rule, if a player has come through the youth system at a squad and his contract expires when he is 24 or younger then a compensation fee has to be agreed for the player to be transferred.

    Also heard that we're after Sigurdsson (sp) who's on loan at Swansea from Hoffenheim. He's only 22 and seems to have goals in him, the only problem would be who in the squad he would replace?

    Pards allegedly spoke about Britton of Swansea in glowing terms and talked up a summer 5m bid at recent do with the Eagles. At 29 it would seem unlikely so could well be horseshit.
