    If miller is the only bidder left? Hasn't he stated he prefers liquidation over cva?

    I would have thought it was time for the decent Rangers fans to come together, put their money where their mouth is, buy the club,
    get the experienced SFA referees with Hugh Dallas as CE and his referees that have shown loyalty to Rangers over the years go on to
    the board along with John Wilson and Mr. T. and Pedro.

    Mr Miller said his bid would be &#8220;contingent upon&#8221; both the Scottish Premier League and the Scottish Football Association ensuring Rangers would not face further penalties and points deductions next season.
