I answered In post#72. Sorry if it's not the answer you wanted but IMO it's what Cellino should have done... That was the question you asked wasnt it?
He should have said no until such time as they had put the required amount of cash on the table. That's the third time I have said it... Is this conditional no too complicated for you. I hope not because he will be saying no to them in about four weeks time when they can't get the funds together.
3rd time you've failed to answer it, you mean. Do you actually understand the term 'in principle'? That's all that was asked. They didn't ask about prices, conditions, caveats, timescales or any detail whatsover. The only answer to an 'in principle' question like this is yes or no. Anyway, enough tonight. You've proved to me that you're either deficient in your command of the english language, or you're a wannabe Tory Cabinet Minster. 3:30 here & I'm up at 7:15 to go see Kuala Lumpur. TTFN.
The man has no principles. I therefore can't answer your hypothetical question in any way other than in the way I have.
Evening Shaks & Eire. I love your altruistic nature towards the club but reality is that everyone expects something back on their investment (that's why it's called an investment). Those that contribute to LFU expect to see better players and promotion that increases the value of the shares they buy, and absolutely nothing wrong with that. They're not putting money in to stay lower championship/ league 1 forever. I hope they succeed and can drive the club forward and not another bunch of businessmen who see us as an income
To be honest, they could have all kept quiet and announced any deal once it had actually taken place??
As I said why has Cellino spelled the beans. Only one reason, to deflect attention from his maladministration..... Almost worth going on Tuesday to make sure the anti Cellino protests continue and escalate.
LFU to push tomorrow for period of exclusivity to finalise a deal without a bidding war beginning. Interesting as this would show commitment on both sid s
Eire..I'm starting to not care anymore, not about the club, but the high and mighty attitude of members of 606......
Personally think this would be your best bet but they need to be very thorough with due diligence and make sure GFH don't have anything in the closet. The biggest Elephant in the room will be trying to get a room full of Yorkshire men agreeing on all points during meetings - I have had many years of entertainment watching you lot argue with each other on various forums
Go back and read the post that has irked you again. #88 I suggest you start from the word but.... If you think it was "high and mighty" take more water with it, it was anything BUT.
Nothing has bothered me Glory, I'd just rather be able to talk face to face..I can understand why people have left this forum..but I will read back.. post 88 didn't in your words irk me...didn't even read it..
There is just a difference of opinion being discussed. And it's all been done politely and respecting everyone's opinion. Eire seems to be pro a fans buyout, as when lust wanted onto the board I am anti that. Others are discussing from the same positions or somewhere in between. It won't matter because what ever will be will be. We just got to hope that whatever happens we end up with a better football team.....
Fair enough, why didn't you say that before..as you know Glory I am but a simple man and politics don't interest me..
