It's just frustrating really. The last 7 games we've only let in 3 goals and kept 4 clean sheets , but gone from a team looking like we can score at any ground in the league to where are they going to come from. The midfield that started yesterday on paper is probably one of the best we've started all season, does the team need time to gel though. How many times this season have we been able to start the same team, how many more injuries do we suffer this season? All comes down to the Belgian I believe we are stuck with him whether we go up or stay in league 1, if league 1 next season it will be our hardest season yet as I believe we will be in a relegation battle. One things for sure even if we achieved promotion with the Belgian in charge I will not be getting getting a season ticket or paying to get into the valley
Jokes aside, there was at least 7,000 day trippers there yesterday. Mainly families with kids. Parking was terrible, even at 1.30pm, and I was still stuck in traffic near Charlton village at 6pm. I never minded or noticed the traffic in the Premier League days when we had just played Arsenal or Man Utd, but when you have just sat through a 0-0 bore draw with Blackpool it ain’t fun to be stuck an hour later. I don’t imagine many if any of the plastics will be back, and IMO they should do away with this gimmick as it just p1sses off the regular fans.
I am confused that you are surprised with @Clb74 's comments because he posted that he will NOT be going to the Valley next season suggesting he will only be going to away games as you state??
He will NOT be getting a season ticket or paying to get into the Valley …. are you saying that you know somebody else will pay for him to get into the Valley.... perhaps @Royston Vasey ?
Mr van Gerwen is not a generous man. @Clb74 did a bit of backtracking by saying he would not pay to get into The Valley, insinuating that he could be led through those turnstiles by other means. @Royston Vasey and @Clb74 cannot keep away and continue the protest. #weakwilled
