The long and the short of this is that if any leader from the EU. came to Britain and started interfering with our politics, telling us what we should do, and insulted the mayor of London, to the point of deliberately misspelling his name then the Brexit multitudes would be gearing up for war.

I am afraid it is not the people demonstrating who are a bad example to the young, but the aged members of the Tory party. To suggest that a serial liar would be a good choice to lead the country simply shows that to lie and cheat to achieve your wealth and status is fine. Trump also has been found out to be a liar many times, so why give him any support? The young tend to be more in tune with what is right and wrong. It is a great shame to have older people telling them that if they want to get on they should put that aside.

My one and only comment on here - there are liars and cheats on both sides of the political divide and across many nations that have been 'rewarded' for their actions. Not many honourable people at all these days and even fewer that manage to get above the sewerage beneath them....as for the the young, if my eldest's school is anything to go by have a low, pretty much zero, moral compass.

That is really sad to hear you say that about a school.

XI Jinping & Hu Jintao of China
    Putin of Russia
    Ceausescu of communist Romania.
Can we add King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia
    Robert Mugabe
    Al - Assad

All guilty of association with crimes against humanity. Very few of you current snowflakes even thought about opposing these awful characters.
The current campaign against Trump is irrational and completely out of context by comparison.

Nobody is being asked to support Trump but to respect the office of the President of the United States, quite a different thing.

So are you proposing that if you and your chums choose a serial liar to be PM then no one should continue to question his suitability to represent the country?

Your message is that you don't wish to answer a question. Why is that SH?

So, King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia and Mugabe qualify as commies do they <laugh> I did also say 'current' which rules out Ceaucescu as well. Is Assad also a 'Commie' ? Maybe you should do your research before making such bold claims. Also - have any of those on your list had a state visit, and the red carpet treatment in the UK ? Interesting that you classify Putin amongst the list of mass murderers and torturers - where is the Russian version of Guantanamo ? How many countries have Russia invaded over the last 20 years compared to the USA ? How many civilians has Putin killed through drone attacks compared to those of the USA ?

Calling people on here snowflakes is pretty rich too.

As I said on twitter, a more apt name for a bag of wind who talks out of his arse could not be found!

I will ignore your childish insults and go on to ask which of those, if any, actually had state visits in the UK. and when this was - as I have no recollection of any of them coming during the time I have been posting on here, and you can, therefore, have no idea about whether I was 'ok'. about it or not.

They all had state visits. The fact that you cannot remember tells me your whinging is extremely selective and aimed at leaders of democratic countries.

Don't forget the idiot in N Korea who has just executed 5 of his close advisors as a result of Trump walking out of the negotiations with them. Apparantley he blames them for this. Other were sent to prison camps.

Cut out the 'whinging' crap ! Learn how to debate like an adult (like everyone else on here) and you may get some respect back in return. To fill in the gaps Britain has had some state visits from some very questionable people:
    Xi Jinping (2015)
    King Abdullah (2007)
    Hu Jintao (2005)
    George Bush (2003)
    Putin (2003)
    Akihito (1998)
    Mugabe (1994)
    Ceausescu (1978)
    Hirohito (1971)

Apart from the first one mentioned none of them are during our time on here, and so you have absolutely no way of knowing how I reacted to them ! There is no point whatsoever in me now criticizing a state visit from 20 years ago (though I wouldn't have invited any of them). I think you can add Pinochet to that list (not quite a state visit, more a personal tete a tete with your darling Maggie).
