Apart from small spanners & allen keys, can't see them doing much damage to the human body.
Think of the power tools lying around your place.
Drills, angle grinders, jigsaws etc.
Lethal in the wrong hands.

Anything's a lethal weapon in the hands of someone who knows how to use it though.
