Well **** me sideways, we collapsed in a session.

Who could ever have predicted that

Goes above them as well. The stupid rotation policy, the focus on white ball cricket. The whole thing is a shambles

Agree with that. But this test and that innings in particular was players forgetting the basics and having the guts of my six month of child.

I put that on the captain and coach. They need to foster a harder mindset in the nets and on the ground.

I also blame the coaches, we have centrally contracted players that I don't see getting any coaching or benefits outside of test match meet ups other than putting their feet up and having a rest

TBH, whenever these coaches get hold of a bowler they ruin him. It's a miracle that Wood is still running in and bowling fast.

Mind, if they could do anything, they could at least ensure players as fit as they can be. Ollie Robinson's third spell is as threatening as Ravi Bopara, and little wonder as he is still carrying the weight around his middle that he had in the summer. Has no one said anything to him I wonder? Or does he not listen? Shame, as he is a talent, but he's 28. No time to waste.

In a shock move, the English Cricket Board have announced that5 Tennis World No.1 Novak Djokovic has been appointed as a temporary batting coach.

"We acknowledge that he doesn't have a background in our sport, but we couldn't overlook the fact that it took Australia two weeks to get him out"
