A drawn Ashes. We missed Jimmy but the batting just hasn’t been good enough.
Overall a disappointing result. We’d have been hoping to win for a magnificent cricketing summer but it’s still been good.
At least Chaos was wrong again. Australia retain the Ashes. Nice to prevent them winning the Ashes on away soil.

First Ashes draw for 47 years. Both sides go home unhappy. Aussies will be disappointed not to win the Ashes. England will feel they should always win the Ashes on home soil. Neither happened.
The Aussie wait for a win on English soil goes on. 2001 was the last time.
