Aussies 76-4 now. Still plenty of time for us to throw this away though. Will be happier once Warner goes, he's looking dangerous, but may run out of partners.

Another remarkable days cricket...13 wickets and counting, plus almost 300 runs....this game is moving so quickly. Hopefully bowl them out tonight as i wouldn't fancy having to chase more than 100 on this pitch......

Two wonderful bowling spells from bowlers who have come back from the depths of test despair: Johnson and Finn. Neutrally it's good to see both back as they are formidable strike bowlers to have after the new ball pair.

Bit unlucky for Wood, but he should replace Anderson unless they replace like with like and go for a swing bowler.

Just watched the highlights & aussies in total disaray, should wrap this up before lunch, well done Finn great bowling spell.

Just as well I have no interest in cricket whatsoever and that I'm sure I could find a million others things to do . ......Like a game of coits or pulling out old teeth with a pair of multi grips. Yes, that sounds so much more inviting.

Oh and while I'm at it, congratulations to the Poms for making a go of it. Good to see them pick up their game. Now, if only we can do the same for the following two tests.

Anyone else worried that if the Aussies get to around 100 - 150 that we might have a few problems?

If Lyth ****s it up again do you think the selectors will get the message?

Starc & Neville showed there are very few demons in the pitch this morning.....just play sensibly after lunch see off Johnson and take runs of the others.....
