Full-Back's aren't needed. Sagna, Santos, Gibbs, Jenkinson, Coquelin, Yennaris, Miguel can all play competently at FB. That's 3 RB's, 3 LB's & Jenks who can play both sides apparently. No chance of another coming in.
More Cazorla stories, the fail are reporting that he's agreed personal terms with us, it's just a question of matching Malaga's valuation now.
There Is however concern that should Malaga rectify their financial situation by the end of the week they will NOT sell and the deal will be dead. Guilem confirmed however the deal is close and wenger hopes the deal will convince Rvp to sign a new contract. IMO Rvp has disrespected the club and we should get rid though.
Oh right, the La Liga guy on Sky. Also, I doubt the potential Cazorla signing will change RVP's mind. He has his eyes firmly set on the exit doors and if he changed his mind now after everything that's happened, he will look like a right tit.
Well, I don't know that all of those are necessarily "defenders". We will see. Hopefully one or two of them can improve on last year, but we were hurting badly when Santos, Gibbs and Sagna were all out.
Im disagree. We as a,club should have more respect than being held ransom to one man...especially one as ungrateful as him!
He is actually a tidy player though, not worth 15 mil, but pretty decent. He's impressed me with his wales performances, really carries Ramsey, you almost forget Ramsey is playing because Allen is doing a nice job.
Not sure we are being held to ransom to be honest. I read a lot of Arsenal in crisis crap as usual, but I keep looking at the squad, and thinking, we might be better off without him.
But, Ramsey when he is on form and fully fit is a far better player. Ramsey does more than just being 'neat and tidy'. He might or might not have carried Ramsey last season, but that was a Ramsey who was in a bad patch of form and making his recovery after the long lay off. Against Brazil we saw that the other day, Ramsey tries to makes thing happen and because of that he does not retain the ball as well. But he did find a few passes that managed to find it's way through the Brazil defence.
All i saw was Ramsey give the ball away continuously, like he does for us, and he does for wales (how unfortunate, Aaron Ramsey features in both teams i support)
We will see. I have a feeling that Ramsey will find his form again next season and hopefully you and a few others will be eating your words. Anyway, back to Allen, I feel that he is going to be joining Henderson and Carroll axis when people take the piss out of Liverpool and spending. He is worth half of the reported transfer fee at best.
when was that? - its been a long time since he was tidy - recent times he's been poor. I still hope for a big change in his game.
