Squishy's problem was lack of pace and power - it was obvious to me, a player comfortable in the Spanish league coming to England lacking pace and power would struggle. I admit I didn't think he would as much as he did but people underestimate the football played in England. Its one thing watching it .. its another playing it.

Yep that one is all but confirmed. Giroud was one of the players, I listed as a possible target at the start of this thread. Credit to Jeremy Wilson for alerting us to this possible transfer ages ago.
