What happens if Spurs sign M'Vila? Who do we go after? I'm thinking Tiote won't sign for us, he's not a Wenger type player, and we haven't really been linked to anyone else.
I agree, I'm not sure why most people are so hell bent on getting a defensive midfielder, playing a double pivot is more effective if you have the right personnel. And Arteta and Cabaye would be the right personnel.
Talking about defensive midfielders/CM, I heard Lucas is out for a while, and obviously that rules him out for our game against Liverpool this Sunday, Sorry, had to crow-bar that info in somewhere.
He's not inferior. But that's a different topic. They would thrive together. A midfield of Arteta, Cabaye and Cazorla would be absolutely sensational.
I like Cabaye but we have a better box to mix midfileder in Wilshere. Thinking it would make more sense to buy and out and out defensive midfielder.
AC Milan apparently getting Bendtner: http://www.gazzetta.it/Calciomercat...ner-idea-bojan-preso-niang-912410639254.shtml
I hope that's true. In a way it's a shame though, I always thought he would make it at Arsenal and without RVP he could have made a contribution this season.
Friday night is going to be interesting Get the beers in and watch the transfer ticker. I'll miss 'Arry giving an interview from his car window . . .
To be fair Wenger could well be chasing players that have not even been mentioned by the press. We'll probably end up signing someone none of is have even considered.
Don't worry, they'll find a way somehow. Maybe they'll ask him about who Spurs should sign with the Modric money?
Live from the car window at 6pm on Friday: Arry - 'Nah I couldn't possibly comment . . . well I if I was still there I would have signed Messi and Ronaldo, everyone knows that Danny boy and me had a triffic relationship . . .but nah I can't comment on that . . . but basically I was the best thing to ever happen to Spurs . . . I'm triffic'
