Moving back to this country?

Moving to Germany, Dortmund, in summer. My youngest daughter has been offered a 12 month sports contract there and didn't want to move alone, so I've jacked in my job to move with her. She'll earn less (€38k salary) than if she worked as a nurse, but gets a sponsored car and flat, so it's a job for passion rather than wealth.

Either way, I'll have to work there and not entirely sure what. I've got excavator, crane and wheel loader papers, so probably in construction. Need to learn some basic German in the next six months.
