I'm probably too old to be a Coldplay fan but I find the idea of an anthem interesting. It does need to have a melody which is easy to follow, but also something less easy to define. The best of them make your heart miss a beat when you sing them. They are very emotional songs and convey something more fundamental that just a goal celebration. Blimey, I'm rambling this morning... Never mind, just thought I'd like to hear a version of 'Your Song' sung by 20,000 people...

You should have heard it at the 'Back For Our Future' concert sung by the crowd to Elton. Even he was choked and had to pause, I think it would be perfect and also it was written by one of our own.
