My reason why they (Danny and Nicky come as a pair!) might be rejected is that they would want to have control of all aspects of the club and it seems nowadays lots of owners like to have a say in footballing matters. For context I was gutted when we went for Parkinson and I wanted Stendel at the time. I’d be happy with Cowley and if he manages to get rid of the dross we have and take us up, I’d say he’d have met his targets here too.
