Hi all, just a short thread.

I have finally found the time to switch to this not606, i was previously ( One-Hull-Of-A-Team) on BBC 606.

I wasn't going to switch to be honest because i cant find the time within my tight university schedule and job and on top of that a level maths. (Don't ask, the f**king things all piss me off enough as it is).

Anyways, i wanted to see if there is any people out there who agree its such a breath of fresh air to have owners willing to let the clubs main boys do the work, sort the squad etc and stay in the background quietly whilst im sure piling in their numerous bank cheques.

over the last few years i have become used to Duffman and Fartlett (not forgetting TanMan) living in the media, more so brown then Bartlett but Duffen wasn't as much a saint as he thought. To the point though, wouldn't you agree its nice to have owners willing to do their bit quietly and let the guys who know there stuff do theirs without interruptions.

Do they still want to extend the KC? whats this in Etuhu as well?

Lame first post on here but after all its 11pm and i am sick of disitations and wanted to chat some rubbish with fellow tiger fans.

UTT

Mr Allam and son are exactly how I wish to see the owners of the club, I remember years ago pre premier league, we played Ipswich(at their place) and Duffen was on the concourse with the fans trying to be one of the lads, no I dont want my chairman as one of the lads I want him in the background, wheeling and dealing and steering the ship. Mr Allam and son look good for City up to now that is.

Do you remember 3 goons with half black half amber wigs on at Portman road? one of them was me :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Agreed though, he was down at the front of the city fans posing for photo's which in fairness is all good etc but was arms round everybody milking it a bit. bit of an anti-climax that day though as we lost 1-0
