I don't read that as Ehab thanking Steve Bruce, but simply using insincere words to have a poke at him. He seems to be saying that he, and/or Bruce, thought that he had reached his managerial limit with the club; I very much doubt Steve Bruce would agree with those words, in fact I think he might well respond.
Whats Rollits? Is that the programme designers? It was always someone internal, such as Smurthwaite, Shearing, Lord etc in the past.
This is the thing that is so disappointing and indeed sad. With just very, very minor changes to their approach they'd now be the most popular owners in our history and we'd be campaigning for statues outside the stadium. The stubborn fools blew it.
Yes, Ehab has the cheek to say Steve Bruce felt he had taken the club as far as he could, while leaving out the reason being the owners weren't getting their finger out to sign anybody.
I'd still imagine it was someone at the club who wrote it. Not sure if Matt Carrington still writes and edits the programme.
Yeah they can move on and **** around with some other poor bastards livelihoods. Ruscadors,Lanctons n Yorkshire Dry Dock spring to mind. Well n truly **** off nasty pair of ****ers. Ahh !!! That feels better. Think i ll open a real ale or 2 !!! What about you Dennis, Chazz ???
How empty the lives of most people on here will be with the Allams gone. They'll have to find something else to protest about
Immature twats. The protesting made them more stubborn. They would have sold up long ago without the protests. I have never made one post in favour of the Allams.
The players didn't want to sign for Bruce. Bruce couldn't even decide if he was staying or going for christs sake. Keep it in perspective.
He's a ****, **** him & all he has to say. He can't even use our name in his closing speech "welcome to the region" get ****ed & rot you sly little ****.
Well they could have been heroes if they had just done things in the right way, but they chose to be ****s, so know one else to blame but themselves.
