Enter on this thread for the '606 Cup' a knockout competition.

Entries will close at 12pm tonight.

This competition starts tomorrow and is a knockout competition where members are drawn against each other in a head to head battle.

So for instance the first round could throw up the titanic battle

RV v Oddy - Playing the 3.40 at Huntingdon

All dependant on the draw of course.

Players will have to nominate the 1st 2nd and 3rd in a nominated race against their opponent, pts will be awarded as follows, 10 for a win, 5 for a second, and 3 for a 3rd - a replay will be arranged for the following day in the event of a draw.

The draw for the next round will be made following conclusion of each round.

Competition weekdays only until concluded so not to clash with Saturdays league

Yep. Effectively gives someone a bye. But at least they'll have to do something.

Shame your example isn't for real. Odddy would be pissing off to a new forum after I had destroyed him in this new tipping comp.

Unless I'm misreading it - wouldn't it be better for players to be told the fixture the day before?

Me neither Reebs!..I'm a very happy house husband/kept man and have no intention of changing my status until next June 24th.

I'm off to Downpatrick tomorrow as well..lovely little track and proper NH fans...being chucking it down in Belfast for a while now and DP is 20 odd miles away...going to be plenty of give underfoot by tomorrow.
