Maybe I'm remembering things incorrectly but didn't Briatore get thrown out of Formula 1 for race fixing or something?
It would make sense, seeing how much insight the film gives into Flavio'sa football knowledge. Cerny MUST be Flavio, as he seems to know just as much!
The owners looked like complete tools IMO, especially Flavio. The guy that took over from him seem to do better, especially when watching a match and turned to his colleagues to tell them to shut up and any negative comments would result in them sitting behind him. Very good watch.
He ordered one of his drivers to crash during a race (Singapore I think) to give the other an advantage. He is a corrupt, amoral ****. The idiot driver obeyed orders and only came clean when, a long time later, rumors began to spread.
