The 4-3-3

I was really impressed with Pardew today. We started off in a really rigid formation and we simpy weren't playing well. Then when Cabaye went off he didn't do the obvious thing (eg Gosling or Abeid), and changed our tactics so we were more fluid. Then we actually started to play some football. I like managers that aren't afraid to change things around early in the game if they're doing poorly.
