There are a number of teams that have already strengthened during the transfer window, previous seasons have seen some teams do well in the 2nd part of the season going from relegation fights to aspirations of playoff spots, others have gone from playoff spots to freefall (our self being a good example)
At the moment our only movement is to lose Clare...arguably our most creative midfielder...Holy could also go if rumours are to be believed...how many points has he gained us?... could we maintain our form without new players?
21 out of a potential 60 points points would see us safe, will we be able to shake of our poor 2nd half record of recent years?

Barnsley of a couple of seasons ago are a prime example of relegation candidates to play off final winners (having finished 6th). Plymouth are also on, at present, a similar run....as are we. This needs to be maintained as it would represent 'good business' throughout the club.

Barnsley are a good example, on the 31st December 2015 they were in 17th place (we were 3rd) they had played 23 games and had 24 points, after 26 games (our current game total) they were on 33 points 2 ahead of where we are now and 1 behind where Plymouth are.
