My dad was in Strady Parc when Llanelli beat the All Blacks. One of the days of his life
My father in law, who I never met, was as well. Along with the rest of Wales, like the whole population of England was in Wembley in 1966…..

My will broke and I watched the game last night (stuck to highlights until now), no shame in losing to England on that form, going forward at least we looked very good. I think Senegal will be a bigger test than many will imagine.

When was the last time that a current QPR player was in the knock out stages of the World Cup (I don’t know the answer)….

We have 2 players in the knock out stages, not that either of them have played a minute yet. I like the Moroccan team and manager but unfortunately Chair is 4th choice in his position . Dieng will only get any minutes if Mendy gets injured, they are a very physical side with some pace but we should have too much up top against their defence really. 2-1 or 3-1 England

Watching the Tunisian player who was just subbed, and noticed he walked off next to the ref, who gently gripped his arm and led him off. Seems a very sensible way to ensure subbed players don't take an absolute age to leave the pitch.

No my dad really was.

Played Scrum half for Llanelli at the start of the war ( he was a plasterer and craftsman, so not called up until late)...and played in 2nd XV until he left to come to London and marry my mum in 1952. Went back to Llanelli for important matches and events. I had just gone to university and my dad went up to Llanelli for the match
