If Ehab is picking the team and then Terry McCann is just a big yes man. All part of Ehab's grand plan, if McCann tolerates Ehab picking the team then it shows he is just a yes man, he doesn't sound like a man who came from Sandy Row.
I cant for the life of me believe that Eknob is selecting the team sorry .. however I do think he might be trying to apply pressure to McCann to ensure they play the same system .. hence why he has lasted this long despite a horrific set of results in 2020
McCann wasn't allowed to play Henriksen, I am wondering if Jordy de Wijs might get the same treatment if he doesn't find a club before the window closes.
How do you know he wasn't allowed ? Listening to McCann speak I suspected he fell out with Henriksen when he refused to play pre season for fear of getting injured and ruining any potential move !
You don't pay an International player in excess of £14k per week to just sit on his arse for a year, unless you are Ehab. Henriksen didn't want to sign for the clubs that had made offers to buy him. Have a listen to the Burnsy interview with Ehab from a few months back.
I've already heard it mate ... and I also listened to the interview with McCann when he said Henriksen didn't want to play and his subsequent refusal to discuss him when Burnsy pressed him. It aint what they say its how they say it.. or in this case refusal to even discuss it. It may of course been a joint decision .. for me though I think McCann had the major influence in him not being picked.
