We play away to Liverpool tomorrow evening, with a 7pm kick off. The game can be seen live on Liverpool TV.
OS is also showing the Man Utd game at WHL (due next week) is prosponed. Just a quick look around the U21 league fixtures, and it looks like Man Utd are not getting their fixtures played (for whatever reasons) .
Our game with Man United scheduled for next week, has been put back because they have a Manchester Senior Cup match that night. For some reason, this tournament is allowed to take priority over the PL competition, so whilst they have played the same number of times as us (5), only 3 have been PL fixtures and the other two have been MSC games.
Thought they were trying to avoid being spanked now some of their better kids have gone out on loan or are in the senior squads.
In youth football it is quite usual for county cup competitions to take priority over league games, but I am surprised the MSC is allowed this facility.
Their problem if they have the fixture pileups eventually. So long as the knock-on effect doesn't become like a property chain for the other clubs pending games. Would have been nice for the kids to have got the games done now against those who finished 2nd/3rd in the table last season, but there you go.
Tonight's squad is- Miles, Vigoroux, Fredericks, Ball, Ogilvie, Stewart, Ward, Veljkovic, Lameiras, Bentaleb, McEvoy, Lamcaster, D McQueen, Onomah, Oduwa.
"Onomah, Oduwa." Is one of those U18 a CM playmaker ?? Since the departures/loan-outs of the summer, the U21s have looked a bit threadbare on that front. So nice to see if any of the U18s can step up.
Joshua Onowah is an attacking midfielder. Nathan Oduwa is a striker, usually playing on the right of a front 3. Oduwa has scored 7 goals in 7 games for the Academy side. Onowah is also a regular, having played in 6 games.
Looks like they're both playing (no Coulthirst, Dawkins etc) , The Poool will be a good test for the team tonight.

2-0 and a goal which exposes the folly of playing such a high line. Nearly 3-0 but for a great save from Miles.
