Hitting a 25/1 winner you can do as many dancing as you like Ahhh sounds good buddy! Cheers you too! More 25/1 shots infact make them some bigger winners please
Holy **** Batman they've only gone and smashed up the bookies when I wasn't looking Well done today fellers, some absolute blinders landed by the look of it
Its like Baghdad in here, I hate booms to be honest but well done with the winners stick, cracker and anyone else who had some. Initial reaction was that Kingman did not stay the mile, havent watched it again but thinking about it, if you take the winner out the race and he just beat Australia then you would be thinking he got the trip ok, best horse on the day won so makes the Greenham rather strange with Kingman beating Night Of Thunder 4 1/2 going on 10. Splitting in to two groups was a complete farce in a classic, looked more like a handicap. It just seems absurd after what Kingman done to Night Of Thunder at Newbury and I have my doubts whether he will confirm the form, Australia best horse in the race by the looks of things. I could stop Frankel just now so maybe Kingman done well to go so close, Cloudscape reduced to a selling plater, maybe the Cambridgshire could still be on. Commanding Curve 40/1 and General A Rod 25/1 in the Kentucky Derby for me.
Boris, sorry about the noise, your lass BALANSIYA runs at the Curragh on Monday. Do you think she is worth backing for the Oaks before then. I don't think she is currently entered but I expect her to trot up on Monday and then........who knows?
The Oaks? I wouldnt have though she was an oaks filly m8, looks a miler, Irish 1000 and Coronation I was thinking she would go for.
There is stamina on her distaff side but I shall bow to your finer knowledge of the quicker horses and seek out a price for the Coronation although didn't her dam flop rather badly in that? Thanks for the advice. I shall be on big time on Monday!
Too early to say Wooly, the race will cut up im sure but some decent entries. Cali Chrome got the perfect trip in the Derby, they didnt go as fast as everyone expected, Commanding Curve 2nd finishing best from second last, just given too much to do turning in, winner is a good horse but thought he was vulnerable at 1m2, got away with it with everything falling perfect for him.
Hello lads...just back from a golfing day and piss up. Just watched the Guineas a few times and the best horse won on the day..Agree with Boris that Australia has the most potential going forward since the rest will be milers and were race fit. Kingman is good but on this no superstar since this was his day...maybe too early to write him off..Kris was second in the 2000 after all,but is remembered as the horse who didn't win the Guineas when favourite. Reading through the thread and what a day from Stick..outstanding tipping mate!..top gear...nice 25/1 shot from Uncle as well and good solid shout from Wooly. My mates Benemeade was cruising when coming down 3 out in the 5.30 at Punchy..he's sound as a pound thank God but Nina was more than happy on him at the time apparently and sure he would have been right there...one for another day in a big h'cap most definitely...he's still complaining on text..moaning bugger...bought half of Hitchens for £20,000 a few years ago..how well did that go!...some people are never ****ing happy!
