They're at home to Peterborough. If they wern't going to have another side from the top 6, they don't come much better than Posh.

Dive & cheated ?? Don't think so , we are where we are because of our squad . You say we cheat and dive but what you are forgetting that Zaha all season have ripped holes in all defences , defenders get frustrated with him and foul him , so how is that cheating ???? its called skill and 9 times out of 10 we get awarded with free kicks and penalties . I'm not saying we will go up , at the start of the season i would of been happy just staying up but the way we are now i would def say play offs , but who knows after that . Personally i don't think you will go up , but good luck to you.

Good one, that's coming from someone who has obviously got a PHD in English. Get over it, you lost because we skinned you on the wings and have key goal scorers who would still have pulled you back to reality with or with out the dodgy ref and lino, Surely it was their decisions that have made a bitter man(?)

Thing is we will never know if you would have beaten us, 0-0 at Half Time its a different game. Of course we are going to be bitter we got cheated out of a game completely. Whether or not you where the better team, at 0-0 everythings completely. Well done on your win, enjoy it.

All the refs want Zaha's anus in their mouths, you've had more penalties already this season than the teams with the most penalties over the last 3 seasons, i suspect something dodgy is going on.

Zaha is the most overrated player in the division. He's only looked so good this season because the quality of the teams in this year's Championship, from Cardiff and Watford to Bristol City and Millwall, is so atrociously bad. I nearly cried when he played for England. Normally I'd be happy to have a foreigner play for us because of a loophole in the rules, but only if it's somebody who's international quality.

Also, who knows how different the game would have been if the linesman hadn't been bribed? The entire shape and set-up of our team would have been different going into the second-half, likewise Palace's

Nobody has said you didn't deserve it, it's the manner in which you've done it in that's getting everyone's backs up.

I think they've gleaned about 18 points this season (so far) from wins involving penalties! Christ if we had that many points from pens we'd be promoted by now!

    Palace fan here-

    My take on the penalties-
    1st looked soft. Great save
2nd ridiculous decision. Almost another great save
Zaha had a shout for a pen near the end that looked nailed on to me (from 50 yards away, admittedly) and I have a feeling that the ref didn't give it because he felt 2 was already too many.

Thinking dispassionately I would say that the pens changed the game, and made it much easier for us to push on and secure the win, as many of you have stated.

as to the number of pens we've had this year, I've been amazed they keep getting given. I keep thinking refs will surely stop giving them eventually... a number of them have seen soft, but the majority have been stonewall. As for our team being divers, I'm not sure that's entirely fair. Certainly the way they play is often to draw the foul, but if a donkey of a defender is too clumsy to keep his feet from between their legs then fair ****s I say. Are you suggesting they shouldn't use their talent to try and outfox opposition players? Zaha and Williams have spent 2 years being kicked all over the place, often with no protection from refs. If our higher profile from Zahas England appearance and sale to Utd. have highlighted this to refs then great. If they get brought down (as they do every game) then I feel they are entitled to complain to the ref. Call it gamesmanship if you like, but you try being kicked by every talentless defender in the division for 2 seasons and see how you feel after.

Yesterday your team had alot of bad luck, and I wish it hadn't been that way, as I feel we would have won it anyway and it always feels better to win less controversially. If I had a choice which teams would go up (apart from Palace) then I'd have you lot over Watford, Cardiff, Leicester or Brighton. Good luck with your run in, I hope you have better luck (and linesmen) in future.

P.S. I agree with you about our goal music

I didn't expect Palace fans to come on here with a reasoned response.

Yes we are bitter about the penalties, but most and even our manager has complimented your other goals.

Finally a Palace fan with a bit of common sense. However, Elmo has continuously knocked the ball past full backs only to get his shirt pulled or have their body wrapped around him but 9 times out of 10 he'll stay on his feet and put a good cross in. I suppose it's what their motivations are; to score from open play or to go down and win free kicks.

I meant crossing it in.. unless he doesn't do that either. That wouldn't be the wisest £15m ever spent

He does get plenty of assists etc. and he beats people more than he goes down. One of my criticisms of him over the last 2 years (far outwayed by the pros, i must add) is that if things aren't going his way, or a fullback doesn't fall for his trickery, then he will throw his toys out the pram and get carded, or dive. It doesn't happen as much as it used to, but he does have that in him. He got carded diving for England u21 this season, and that embarrassed me.

I was joking, he is obviously a very talented lad! At the KC this season, he had a little strop when Chester had him in his back pocket.. nothing on Taarabt though (stropping)
