He might be right mind we need to get that win or he's going to have grounds to say cough, cough at his assailants.

GG reacts his way.. It's his problem.. People don't like his reaction and that's their problem.. It's funny.

Personally I have no idea what will happen Wednesday and I don't think anything can be ruled out and that's it really.

It could be. Howe probably stands his ground with Mitchell. I do wonder who holds the power mind.

On what? I’m sat in my sofa if that helps with a terrible cold.

And I’m looking forward to Wednesday. But can we just look at it through an intersectional lens.

There's bound to be agreements, disagreements and people getting their way and not getting their way. It's normal in any workplace, but that doesn't mean the decisions will always be the right ones.

You're speculating which is surely a large part of what this forum is about because we don't have all the information.

Everton looking at Alcaraz which would rule out a move for Lobby

It’s all speculation. Or it can be deemed subjective at best.

I can state one theory and someone else can suggest another. But neither is fact. I’m just not looking at life with rose tinted glasses because this is NUFC we are talking about here.

We haven’t won a goldfish at a crappy fairground in over a decadeS

I don’t mind speculation as it’s true none of us really know etc..

My issue is the ridiculous assertions constantly made slagging off people based on guesswork but stated as if factually grounded.

Back on the wah wah or bedwetting as they call it here.

When the big games come up we "always" fluff our lines apparently. We're just coming off a 9 match winning streak, which literally equalled the longest winning streak in our history. We were bad yesterday, but Wednesday is another match and Arsenal aren't in a good place right now.

Although admittedly you haven't gone as far as Roland yet, who yesterday layed down the law that we're going out of the league cup on Wednesday.

Yes it's mostly always going to speculation on what the hells going on behind close doors.

I think there's a power struggle or something going on based on Howes reaction to Mitchell, Mitchells interview and what's happened since, but it could actually all be fine.

I’m just saying that these are the games we generally don’t win.

And the good thing is we don’t need to. We can play them do the dark arts whatever. I couldn’t care less whether we play well or not as long as they don’t score 2 goals more than us.

I would expect EH to fight his corner but the logical, usual position is that it is, or should be, Mitchell with the final say on such issues. If not, why is he there?

But you constantly ignore that and persist on blaming EH. Why?

I haven't seen any slagging off mind but it wouldn't be the first time we've seen it on here about managers etc.

We're doing really well though so it's funny imo.

He wants out. His legs have clearly gone.

I wouldn’t be to worried about losing trippier.

Kelly is an odd one for me because he hasn’t really been given a run of games.

If you read back I actually am blaming Mitchel more for basically doing **** all.

At least Howe says the truth in his interviews albeit he just wants to keep the band together.

I think it’s fine for challenges aswell. The club is bigger than anyone.

Let’s just see what happens. Wednesday is the most important thing right now.

    What are "these games" exactly?

We've put Chelsea and Forest out the cup and got an awesome away result at Arsenal in the first leg. This combined with the league stuff of doing the double over Spurs, hammering Villa and Man U and drawing with City and Liverpool...and that's before you get on to the 9 match winning streak.

Just cos you're all jittery and nervous doesn't mean stats back you up.

He definitely needs to go. Maybe we should recall Ashby from his loan?
