Theres some low Carb wraps I use that are a nice item.. Make enchiladas etc.. Eating good food is about not being lazy... If you can't be arsed to chop up some vegetables then you're never going to succeed.

What is your body fat percentage and muscle mass?

6ft and 15 stone at anything around 20% body fat is a nice size and shape... To get to 15% can be difficult..

 

CARNIVORE.

 

You can't build muscle well without enough potassium. You essentially just waste lots of protein. The enzymes can't process enough protein without enough pottasium.

He can certainly get his protein from any source but you need veg for health reasons alone.

We are ominivores...not carnivores...

That’s the strange thing I can’t get.

Villa have sold two players for upwards of 50m. Yet we can’t sell anyone upwards of 10m to anyone.

I can’t believe we still have some of the dross we do.

But we are having a good season so long may that continue.
