What I saw was a very good overall performance by the Lads. Yet again, a slight bit of Lady Luck going our way would have defo seen us draw level. That's the Luck of a team at the bottom I guess. The only difference was the 3 World Class players they have. Gerard, Suarez and Sturridge. They slice open most teams like a hot knife through I can't believe its not butter !! JOS and Cuellar are far too slow chasing backwards for my liking. Maybe we need a spritely sweeper for a few games to plug the holes we seem to leave wide open !!! (GD = -10 already !)

I watched the match and the biggest criticism is that you lack a cutting edge. You outplayed Liverpool for the majority of the game. Your defence needs work but you had 19 shots on goal. A bit more accuracy and solid defending would see you right. You are not far off rescuing your season. Altidore look a handful and will cause problems in the derby. Giacc looks like a live wire too and Ki looks accomplished.

You are right in the sense that it is not enough but it is a start. You had some bad luck too. Their first goal should not have counted although what Larsonn was doing I'll never know!!!
Sebastian Larsson - 6 Full of effort, but not in vain for once. Hassled and harried and, just like his midfield partners, rarely gave the ball away. Goodness knows what he was doing for their first goal, however. Enough said. He clearly watched a different game to me. His only moan about Larsson being the soft goal he stood and watched go past him.
