They knew he'd end up going, think it was just a matter of when, either in this window or in January. It wasn't out of the blue or anything, hence why there wasn't a massive meltdown.
 
We've always been gracious with players leaving, something that appears to have gone unnoticed over the years but cheers Matth.

G*llas aside I've no real problem with the way any of our players have left the club.
 
He just didn't suit our system. It helps that he's probably one of the nicest players to play for Chelsea.

God no, Gordon was a spent force after 5 decent years at Chelsea and 50 + goals, we unloaded him to the Skids for 4 X what we paid for him needless to say he got worse until he went to Rangers. :emoticon-0100-smile

Stop making **** up Matth, as far as I'm aware the fans on our board couldn't give a ****. Yes we would have liked Mata (who wouldn't?) but we're far from pissed off.

The only person I see moaning is Wenger - but thats nothing new <ok>
