Best dribbler in the league maybe but he couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo and until he starts scoring on a regular basis he's nothing special.

  3. I'm just hoping that The Smug One's "specialist in failure" jibe doesn't come back to haunt him! I laughed when he came out with that, and I put my faith in him as a winner, as well as a great piss-taker. In a way, if Jose takes Chelsea down this season, he'll take my faith in him down with you, and I might look a bit foolish.

    are you real?

Jose continues to shoot himself. It is Jose's fault.
playing - Ivan & Dave in their worst places. Fab in invisible mode.
    Hazard has become like Rambo.

what else? they were totally burned out last season. He didn't change, but this season? Jose has no excuse.

in the words of Harry Enfield, Calm down Calm down.
Look, I called this before anyone else. The writing was on the wall in the summer with our lacklustre transfer activity, combined with the piss weak finish we had to last season.
Losing 3 of our first 5 games is terrible, but seriously, the man has done enough to warrant at least half a season to get us performing.
I won't even think about judging too harshly until Christmas.
If this season will show us anything, its that you cannot let a team stagnate.

The whole medical team fiasco during the first game didn't help either. The clubs in a mess off the pitch, that much was plain to see, so being dodgy on the pitch was agiven.
Lets just wait a couple months and see what happens before we turn into Arsenal fans. As frustrating as this season has been so far , we won't win the league every year you know

like I said for 100 times prior, I don't want us to win league every year.
Call this transition or whatever - let Jose play youngsters and produce even worse results. That is acceptable.

But playing the same formation, with same older (passed it) players with no imagination, no change is down to Jose.

  7. I'm going to maintain a respectful distance from all of the piss-taking.

Well, I am, at least, until tomorrow, after I've found out whether or not we've got a result against Sunderland.

was ivanovic the reason we lost today?

no. he was actually one of our better performers

can a manager magically make players (i.e. hazard) snap out of spells of bad form?

No, otherwise no players would ever have bad form.

Who is a better number 10 than fabregas in our squad?

Nobody, ocars injured. Willian doesnt have the required passing range.

So again I ask, what do you want him to do?

Not play world class players...so they get back into form? how does that work again?

changed the midfield today, and it worked. Mikel was a much better partner for matic, who goes o to score a goal and be our best player.

Plays kenedy for 30 mins to shake tings up, it didnt work, and to be fair the kid looked a bit raw.

plays two strikers, takes off a defensive midfielder to go ffor the win.

now all this doesnt equate to same players, same formation etc.

the manager is trying, the players arent performing.

by not playing world class players, what is he achieving exactly?

Hazard is letting us down as is fabregas, so costa isnt getting enough support.

the defence is shaky because 2 of the most senior players had **** games at the start of the season, and now our GK is out.

we dont have adequate midfield support for matic. simple, and we dont hav the recources to splurge 100 mill on pogba.

    again: WHAT CAN MOURINHO DO?!?!

why is he being so predictable from the start??

    why don't try 4-3-3 / 4-4-2?

If ain't broke, don't fix is the adage.

When everything is broke - we need to fix or change.

  10. If Spurs and the Toon each win, on Sunday and Monday, respectively, Chelsea will be in the relegation zone.

When was the last time that Chelsea was in the relegation zone, after 5 games?

because 442 would leave our cbs even more exposed by midfelds out numbering us, and cutting through matic and mikel, plus they wouldnt be abe to properly service our offensive players, plus, fabregas isnt suited to that formation at all.

we're already playing a variant of 433, the variant you are calling for leaves hazard isolated on the left, costa isolated up front and a very congested midfield who couldnt bully anyone. we dont have the players for that system.

    I agree - for the first 15 mins we played 4-3-3 kind of;
with Fab - Mikel - Matic shielding back 4.

Playing Mikel and leaking 2 goals is hardly an upgrade. I am sure RLC would have done much better.
Smaller things make bigger differences. Jose is known for these.

FFS - LvG pulls Memphis during half time. LvG subs are better than Jose's.

Actually I think you'll find I called it before you. In fact I enlightened you on what the season ahead had in store if Jose didn't get his way. Can't quite believe he has capitulated in such an extrodinary fashion.

tbh for a master of mind games he started to show some panic which put players mind off the field.. saying things like others are trying to buy the title or blaming the poor doctor for doing her job instead of the team. i think he got too cocky and now he is paying the price. he opened really many unnecessary mind games that didn't work out for him well and players never got a wake up call when he blame luck or everyone else aside from himself or the team.
to sack him though over the mess he created, is a bit too much, i doubt you will find a better manager than him tbh at least atm
