They attack a group that has worked hard to raise the issue of racism and largely help in removing it from the game. But thats all they do, they raise awareness and promote initiatives, they don't hand out the punishments.

The choc ice tweet is racist. It is basically saying that if you think white you are somehow inferior. What other reading of it could there be?

It also says that if you're black you should stick up for black people regardless of the real truth, which is derogatory against the other race involved.

The good thing is that even his own manager is getting the picture that he's just a useless junkie knob end.As soon as he gets some players fit that'll be goodbye Rio.
 
Calling someone a "Choc Ice" or a "Bounty" or "Coconut" or anything that refers to skin colour and not being Black is far worse than calling someone a FBC, take it from me. I'd say it's probably the most offensive term you can be called by someone of similar/same ethnic origin.
