    Can't charge him with Racism, the Courts have cleared him of that and it would be Contempt of Court to pursue that particular charge

    No it wouldn't. The legal case is over, you can't be in contempt of a court which has adjourned.

    He will get the same punishment Suarez got, there's nothing else they can do.

    The standard penalty for racially motivated abuse is a four match suspension (+ fine). Suarez's was higher due to various aggravating factors, mainly that he said it seven times in three seperate incidents, and that the context it was used was particularly offensive (that he kicked Evra because he was black). So on that basis any Terry suspension is unlikely to be as high. This is all if they are found proven which is by no means certain.
