Nice way to ruin your career Song, and nice way for Arsenal to continually make things tough on themselves.
barca didn't follow arsenal's policy of not naming the terms of the deal. arsene might get angry and block the deal now...
D ‏@AFCAMDEN Alex Song is gone, good. The man has been a poison around the training ground lately. Stevie Bould nearly took his head off in Cologne.
Really glad that Alex is going to Barca he has been a class act for the gooners who all go on about Wilshere. Good to to see Europe's best club is choosing Arsenal's a best midfielder.
Agree with most of your statement, except I am not glad. Majority of deluded bitter fans reckon he will be on the bench, well they said the same thing about Fabregas, well they have conveniently forgotten that now..... It's easy to pick up your pay cheque at arsenal, don't have to win owt, your place is guaranteed amongst mediocrities like diaby, Ramsey, jenkison to name a few...... Wenger I guess has to justify his 7mill a yr wages, by getting rid of players with passion!
Fabregas is Fabregas. He was one of the best midfielders in Europe and not to mention the fact that Barcelona was his first club and he played with most of their main players. Most people seem to think that Song has been brought to replace Keita, a bench warmer. He is not getting into their first team, no ****ing chance. Wenger made Song and he will replace him too. Wenger was not messing around this time and it's about time he started acting like this to these ungrateful pricks.
I seem to recall everyone (myself included) wondered how Fabregas will fit in at Barca, we mocked him for believing in himself, saying how could he displace xavi and inniesta....... l know song owes his career to Arsenal, that does not mean he should not do what he feels is a big challenge in HIS career.... I dare any of our players to say no to Barcelona. I also feel it is unfair to label players who have moved on as ungrateful pricks...... Forgetting, that ultimately it is the club's call and they have done well financially from this. Why do we find it easy to get rid of core members of our team? Denilson, Squillachi, B52, Arsh we could not give away for love or money? it really is easy to get rid of the little bit of quality we have and we seem to hang on to the.......
We have heard from very reliable sources that Song has been acting like a prick and forced his move to Barcelona. Song was a nobody and Wenger showed a lot trust in him and then he turnaround and behaved like he did. He had no class. If our players want to leave then fine, but there is a way to go about that.
