This is actually true. It's not going to make a huge difference to recruitment. We got Bruno, Gordon and Isak with no European football. All these lads mostly care about is the wages and environment they're playing in, Europe's a bonus. We saw that last Summer when we got into the UCL and added nobody decent (that could actually play for us). I just quite fancy some more European nights and it will make future earnings easier to come by.
Would be extremely surprised if we don't get European football - we could lose both games and still get through, even if Man U beat us, a loss away at Brighton will leave them behind us. And just a drawer on Wednesday and we guarantee finishing above them anyway. This assumes they'll lose the FA Cup to City, which they obviously will.
We should beat them. But we should’ve beaten Luton, Forest, Everton, B’mth, Brighton, etc. Brentford away isn’t the easiest given our away form. Honestly two defeats and no Europe, I’d be considering replacing Howe, preferably with Amorim.

My guess is it's either: 1. Due to the drugs. 2. He's up early for his paper round. 3. He does the night shift at the EE call centre. 4. He spends a lot of time at airport departure lounges and in different time zones.
