All about opinions l I don’t think it’d have been as bad had we kept Mowbray, but I still think it’d have been a bottom half finish. We won 1 from 9 of his last games I think. And we were absolutely dross to watch! It didn’t get better afterwards (the opposite), but that’s down to recruitment of a replacement rather than anything else
Sometimes coaches deserve a chance to put things right. He did an unreal job prior to that dip in form. Hey ho though, long gone. Just hoping Regis is the one we have been waiting for and all will be forgotten. Signs so far excellent.
As it turned out he’d probably have gone anyway with his poor health. And that may have been worse as we may have ended the season with Beale!! Halloween scenario or what!!
