I don't think the questions are there for supporters to raise issues with their clubs, it's just a back-slapping exercise. "Yeah well, fans will always say their tickets are too expensive but look, they say they're happy with the toilet facilities!!"
Surveys for large companies are almost always designed to get the answers desired by the company rather than the truth. Hence all the '9/10 customers said they'd recommend the product to a friend' etc. etc.
