Used to but I never did cold calling. I worked in the Quinn Insurance call centre for 2 years and it was sheer hell

I had one of these a few months ago, they said, " we are from Microsoft, we believe you have been a victim of software piracy, as you have a dodgy copy of windows on it" my reply was, "no **** sherlock, i installed it myself, not paying for that crap, but how the **** do you know" and they hung up.
