US federal law implemented a few years back states that if you go overseas and boink (legal word) someone under the age of 18 you have broken US laws. I think that's how the anti sex tourism law goes. If she came to USand 16 is legal in Bluffs state (law varies alot between states) she would be legal. Nonetheless... adults pursuing under 18 yo should be morally illegal if not technically legal. Besides... stop ruining my countdown. Blimey, how many people do you know who sat quietly at home thinking " I can't wait for my 18th birthday so I can go and have a shag?" Most people are sexually active well before their 18th and keeping the legal limit high only has the effect of technically criminalising more people.
