The third? I think his arthritis must be playing him up, very slow off his line, must learn to stand tall in one-on-ones.
Cant blame him for the 3rd but like Kenny, he dosnt give you confidence and just looks extremely small in the net, the both of them have this poor crouching position that makes them look like schoolboys instead of standing tall and making yourself a big target. The 1st goal is a prime example of a save a 6ft 4 goalie makes as it smacks him right in the face without him doing anything. That would have hit Forster in the neck!
Rodney, you are driving me insane! Below is what I posted waaaaaay before you posted anything. And you're telling ME to keep up!
If your theory is correct then Given was sh*t his whole career then? Flyer, your ramblings about the sport show you up to be a complete dunce.
Seems the ability to produce top class keepers is disappearing in the British Islands. Given just let in No 4, and he looks well past his use by date. Shame, he was brilliant.
Can't argue with that. But both Kenny and Given were really good, despite being 6 foot Goalkeeping midgets!
i dont think either are 6ft, I think they add an inch or 2 onto their size as no one wants a sub 6ft goalie. Given used to be good, perhaps he has the same injury Kenny has because they both crouch over and it might be sub conscious protection of it. Either way it just shows you what can happen to old players. Thats exactly why City got rid and Fulham are dumping their forwards onto us.
He hasn't a notion this chap. Hes saying Given's stance is all wrong and hes too short yet for 12 or 13 years he was one of the best PL keepers. Hes just sh*t now because hes past it. Its nowte to do with stances FFS.
They have broadband in Peckham? Didn't think they knew what the internet was. I'm guessing as it has over 20 floors it's due for demolition?
