Yes he does, and he has been banned for it, i can't monitor every comment. I probably see about 1% of what he posts. The point being we can't keep referring to history to find an excuse to berate the lad. It's much the same as the HiaG doxxing, as i've also previously said, you can't keep referring back to it, to excuse it continually happening.
