which thought? points from lower placed teams is how Sheff wed managed to stay elevated in top 6 a couple seasons ago, points from bottom 8 is in the zone some refer to as "every game is a 6 pointer!"
There are only 3 teams above us, of which we've only played 1 and drew away - what more do you want? You can only beat what's been put in front of you & so far that's exactly what City have done. Chances are we will drop from 4th, but will you be there to tell everyone you knew that we weren't doing as well as people thought because we'd only played teams lower down the league?
unlike some I do not have to change my opinion every 10 secs, and to be sure should there become a thread that warrants such a comment, then who knows what I would say. I was very quiet last year when a large proportion of the "support" went bald, never been one for knee jerks. Say it as it is.
OK, well as you've said on another thread that it's 'always been you're philosophy that after 10 games 13 points, 20 games 28 points, 30 games 43 points, 40 games 59 points', so you must be pleased with 11 games 20 points so far right? Like you also said in that thread, what's most important is where we're at after 46 games, but I don't think it's wrong to congratulate all at the club for a job well done so far, with the understanding that it's still a long way to go. Just out of curiosity, when you say 'always been your philosophy', do you mean every season, or just this one? I just mean that points return is good at Championship level, but we'd be disappointed with that in League One. Also, is there a reason why there's an average of 1.3 points per game for the first ten, but then 1.5 for the second and third and 1.6 for the fourth? And when you say 'and the rest happens', does that mean anything higher than 59 points is a bonus?
That 'Cardiff' text at the top of your post is a bit irritating Wiz - hopefully LJ and the boys will sort that over the next few games!!!!
