If you're going to be condemned to an eternity in Leicester, dead and under a car park is probably the best way to it.
That's a little harsh, I'm sure Leicester has it's good points........
Just can't think of any at the moment that's all.
Saying that, I would really get the hump if they wanted me to spend time under a Leicester car park....
