.. you need to take note when he's in possession ... as I said, he's more of an athlete than a footballer ... he's comfortable tackling his man to put it out for a throw when they try to take him on down the outside but if they cut in he's clueless e.g Bacuna goal (bloody awful defending) ... I remember Nobby Solano at right back ... he sometimes controlled the game from there ... with Simpson he's just in a rush to get rid ... that's OK in the lower leagues but in the Prem you need to build from the back four purposefully... once it has left his foot it is more often than not a 50/50 contest to win it for the next guy... I've got nothing personal against the boy by the way ... have just become very conscious of his particular habits (inadequacies) ... it's about taking responsibility and also ussing your loaf ... e.g putting it in row Z when you are chasing a game with seconds left is brain dead ... but both him and Konch are more than likely to do that ...
