Don’t get too happy, you only scored twice against us and you didn’t bag until the 34th minute so makes you pretty bad haha
We may keep goal difference strong enough to keep from falling below 11th. Newcastle don’t seem keen on overhauling us given all the chances they’ve had. May even be Palace 9th , us 10th then Newcastle 11th. Can’t see us finishing higher than 9th though
Utter dross. We seemed to have no idea once we got in their half. The first half was such a hard watch and it shows how far we have fallen when we make a team like West Ham look half decent.. Accept we had nearly a full team unavailable but we still had a core of first teamers there who seemed to have no idea other than how to pass it sideways.
So crap again. As I said earlier though, any result today or in the last two games will only paper over very large cracks. A lot needs to change around the club, Puel has had the dreaded vote of confidence so it wouldn’t be a surprise to see him lose his job after the season finishes next week
Puel has to go. People was shouting for his head. Ive never seen the stadium so empty with 10 mins to play. Everyone has lost faith and confidence in him. He has to go. He is utter clueless and useless. No one can understand his interviews so god knows how the team understand him and I think that shows in the performances We was losing and he brought on another defender for Iborra just to shove a defender in midfield!?! And then subs the only player trying to create something off in Diabate! The bloke is a clueless bufoon
The club is just toxic. We are sliding so bad it is worrying. Right now I can quite well see us relegated next season. I just hope the summer can arrest the slide and start again
God knows what is going to happen on Wednesday. Dragovic looks like he has a shoulder problem and I noticed Vardy holding his groin with 5 mins to go. I agree with Proud, Diabate was the only one running at them and his substitution sparked the "you don't know what you're doing" chant, that took me back to the Pleat days. Very sad.
I'm liking your optimism, Jamba. The owners have to get the next managerial appointment right otherwise I'd have to agree that next season could be tricky. They've made a bit of a rod for their own back with the recent appointments and I hope there is someone of quality out there who'll be willing to give it a go.
Trouble is its becoming a bit of a poisoned chalice. Thought earlier he should be given a pre season and we had a fair number out but that was just hopeless. Worried that if/when he goes applicants may be loathe to apply due to the high expectations and the attrition rate of those who have gone before them.
Some clown on the radio made me laugh. Only person to come on and say dont sack him but went on to say give him the summer and if pre season doesnt start well sack him then and then get a manager in before the season What a moron
Puel claimed he was ill Dont understand how he made the bench and other then injuring his shoulder he looked fine to me
