To be fair on Karagounis, his offensive creativity is actually pretty decent. Sadly, what I rather doubt with him is his ability to suddenly learn how to be ten years younger (and to be honest if that was possible, we should resign Danny Murphy immediately). We need to foster a team spirit and fighting mentality which is sorely lacking right now. We have some dedicated players like Parker, Kasami & Hughes, but we just have so many players who don't look like they care even a little bit. That is what is the most disappointing and that is why Jol has to go, even more than the results and tactics.
