I see nobody bothered to start a thread for team selection against West Ham. No wonder we lost if Nigel isn't given any clues who to pick!

It's getting to the stage where it's difficult to know who to select. The only thing I would do for sure is to pick Hammond and tell him to stick as tight as a Siamese twin to Eriksen and stop him playing. No need to kick him off the park and get booked in the first 10 minutes, but we have to target their playmaker.

After that I would replace Konchesky with Simpson, if he's capable of playing left back, or with Schlupp if he isn't. Neither Morgan or Wasilewski inspire me with much confidence, but not sure if Moore is a better option.

The only other things I want to happen is for us to play with some fire and tempo, for Mahrez to play with more belief and passion (basically get stuck in a bit more), the whole midfield and striker(s) to close down the opposition quickly, don't ball watch and let your man get free and nobody hide. Not too much to ask for is it?

Probably not but is this team going to give us a much needed win? Morgan has done ok and dropping him may effect team harmony more than is necessary. Don't know if we can afford all of Cambiasso, Hammond and Drinkwater in the middle of the park. For me one of Hammond/Drinkwater to go in favour of Ulloa. We have to go for a win which obviously means scoring more than them and cant see us doing it with only one up front. For all his work rate Vardy has only scored once this season so we need Ulloa in my opinion. Don't want to harp on as I have mentioned it before but would be quite happy to see Hopper on the bench and given quarter of an hour. We have to try something different.

We have to face it that Spurs are a better team than us and they have the quality to beat us. The fact that they are 8th in the table and we are bottom proves that, so let's not ignore that.

In order to win we have to stop them scoring more than us just as much as we have to score more than them. As we are struggling to score at all I don't fancy us having to get 2 or more to win. And that is why I think it is important for us to be tight when we don't have the ball and try and disrupt them. That doesn't mean we have to be defensive. It just means we need to be more aware and savvy when we don't have the ball. We need to be a lot more aware of runners, communicate better, pick up and mark. No allowing players to run 20 or even 10 yards without a challenge. Once we have the ball we need to be positive and get players forward at pace.

Basically with the squad we have, we need 90 minutes of all out effort, commitment and focus from every single player that puts on the shirt in order to offset our lack of quality. That's all the fans demand, and rightly so. Show that mindset and the crowd will get behind them and then all things become possible. But it has to start on the pitch.

Let's stick to what we know, no more playing Vardy up front on his own- it didn't work in the Championship so surely won't work a division up. Get the ball into wide positions and cross them in. Don't know why James has been dropped as he has been one of our best performers so far, not that that says much.

You deserved to get something out of that game and probably deserved to win it. Started badly, but were the better side for most of the last hour.
One of the big problems in the Premier League is failing to put away chances, though. Hard to get out of the confidence spiral, unfortunately.
