I though as it you cant really change a winning side especially one that won 5-0. I would like to see Choudhury start to try and control the midfield along with Ndidi. Maddison also deserves to come back in

Gunna be hard to drop anyone i agree, just hope they are mentally upto the challenge, going to be nowhere near as easy as a Newcastle side that just rolled over.

Would certainly keep Perez in, hes like a mix of Okazaki and Mahrez, will put more of a shift in than the likes of Gray.

Got loss written all over it with media waxing lyrical about how good we were against a poor poor Newcastle side.

I'm chatting on our thread and one or two are suggesting we should play a little deeper against you and I disagree, I've watched you once or twice this season and tipped you for top 4 before the season started but in regards to playing deeper I disagreed and feel that it plays to your strengths. Vardy is not as fast so that isn't a huge concern with playing high but he's adapted and is very good over the smaller spaces in and around the box so playing our usual high line keeps Vardy and your creative players away from our box. Am I right or are they right?

Vardy is still fast as ****. 3 of his goals already have been in behind our pacing the defence. The Bournemouth one was over the top but his goal at Bramall Lane and his first on Sunday were through balls, along the ground with him running off his man and finishing. We’re still capable of devastating counters despite being a more rounded side and dominating games. Basically you’re ****ed either way :bandit:

While we no longer have magic from Mahrez to cut teams open when we struggled I think we are a better team all round then we was when we won the league. Alot more goal threats on the pitch and we have alot more ways of creating goals

Best way to play against us is sitting deep and being disciplined which obviously Liverpool wont do and especially wont at home. Should be a cracker on saturday

Hopefully the hype wont get to us and we don't put in a performance like at Old Trafford. Has the potential to be one of the best games of the season.

    Some good individual battles.

    Pereria vs Robbo
    Chillwell vs Salah
    Vardy vs Matip

One where you will either get alot of joy or **** all is Soyuncu. He has been relatively solid and we havent missed Maguire at all. But he is over keen to win the ball and that does cost us time to time like it did at Man U

Im intrigued to see the midfield battle. Ndidi stats wise and performance is the best defensive mid in the league atm. Tielemans is starting to find his form again. Choudhury covers ground like Kante. Praet looking good albeit against Newcastle who just tried to snap him and then there Maddison if he starts

Our midfield has won their battle every game so far. IF they can do the same at Anfield it could make Klopp changes his tactics which would be interesting

I hope we don’t go with Ndidi and Choudhury for this one. Liverpool’s full backs are a bigger threat than the midfield (not to say they aren’t good) so I’d rather see the extra defensive cover from Perez and Albrighton on the wings to counter the threat of Robertson and Alexander-Arnold. Could also leave Praet in as he is more all rounded.

Another option I think Brendan could do is what Puel used to do with Ricardo. Play Justin right back and Ricardo on the wing

Its just a case of is Justin ready for the Prem yet defensively and is Anfield just too much for his debut
